These little PPB Cookie Balls are delicious and make a perfect mid-meal snack. They are also A LOT healthier than cookies. They are both crunchy and chewy and simply perfect for ‘on the go’!

Makes:14 Cookie Balls

Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free oats.

Ingredients

1/2 cup (60g) PPB 3/4 cup (90g) oats 1 egg white 1/4 cup (125ml) skimmed milk 1/2 cup (75g) raisins/other dried fruit 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Pre-heat your oven to 175 degrees C and mix together the PPB, oats, baking soda and cinnamon. 2. Combine the egg whites, milk and vanilla before adding to the PPB mix. 3. Stir in the raisins before scooping out a small amount of the mixture, rolling into a ball and popping on a greased baking tray or a baking tray lined with baking parchment (paper). 4. Bake for 15 minutes, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
