These muffins taste amazing and the bananas add a delicate sweetness!
Ingredients
3/4 cup PPB 1/4 cup flour e.g. spelt 1/4 cup sweetener/xylitol/sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp cinnamon 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 tbsp milk 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. 2. Mix together the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl. 3. Combine all wet and dry ingredients. 4. Pour into silicone muffin cases and bake for 35 minutes.
