This dessert is so tasty, you can’t believe it’s healthy!
1 apple (cored widely, leaving the base of the apple intact)
2-4 tbsp PPB
1-2 tbsp milk/water
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
Plus yoghurt/stevia/honey/raisins to serve.
1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C (350 F).
2. Mix together the PPB and milk/water to make a thick peanut butter sauce and spoon it into the apple.
3. Top with the oats and cinnamon.
4. Bake for 30 mins.
5. Top with yoghurt and stevia/honey/raisins and serve!
