Frozen Protein Snow Balls!

This larger protein balls taste amazing when thawed for 10 minutes out of the freezer and are super filling too - perfect for after a work-out!
Makes: 8-10 balls
Note: Only Gluten Free if using gluten free protein powder.
Ingredients
250g cottage cheese 90g rolled oats 4 tbsp PPB mixed with 2 tbsp (30ml) water 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp cocoa 1 scoop (26g) protein powder or hot chocolate powder Handful of desiccated coconut
Directions
1. Mix together the above ingredients (except the coconut) 2. Using clean hands roll the mixture into 8-10 balls before rolling in desiccated coconut and putting into the freezer for at least 40 minutes (place on a plate lined with greaseproof paper). 3. Enjoy or if frozen for longer allow to thaw for 10 minutes before biting into them!
