Choc-Chip PPB Blondies

Ingredients
1/2 cup PPB (125ml = 8 tbsp 2 eggs 3/4 cup (70g) oats 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yoghurt 1.5 cups (265g) apple puree 1 tsp baking soda Handful of chocolate chips
Directions
1. Add the above ingredients into a blender (except the choc chips) 2. Stir in the choc chips 3. Line a 8x8 baking pan with greaseproof paper and pour in the mixture 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees C (until a tooth pick comes out clean)
