The ultimate healthy alternative to a takeaway!
8 tbsp PPB 4 tbsp water 2 tsp ginger 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped ¼ cup (65ml) soy sauce 450g noodles 2 carrots, medium (sliced with a peeler) 1 pepper (cut into thin strips) 4 spring onions (finely chopped) 300g prawns
1. To make sauce, mix the PPB with the water before adding the ginger, garlic, & soy sauce. 2. Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente and set aside. 3. Heat a pan and add vegetables and stir-fry until cooked. 4. Add the noodles, prawns & sauce to the pan and stir until heated through. 5. Serve!
