PBB Chocolate Vanilla Fudge

In the 80/20 rule a little indulgence is allowed!
1 large bar chocolate (100g) 1/2 cup PPB (125ml) 1/2 cup evaporated milk (125lml) 1 tsp vanilla Pinch salt
1. Break your chocolate bar into chunks and melt in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. 2. Stir in the PPB, milk, vanilla and salt. 3. Pour into a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and pop into the fridge until ‘set’. 4. Slice into small pieces and enjoy!
