Perfect for pre or post work-out these bars are easy to make and taste delicious!
2 cups rolled oats (180g)
4 scoops protein powder (120g)
8 tbs PPB
3/4 cup (180ml milk)
Optional: Chocolate chips/flakes
1. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl, add a little more water if the mixture seems dry.
2. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and pack the mixture in until flat.
3. Freeze for 30-60 minutes before slicing into 9 pieces and storing in the fridge wrapped in cling film.
