Ingredients
1 tbsp + 1 tsp chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp + 1 tsp oat flour (blended oats)
1 tbsp PPB
2 egg whites
2 tsp almond milk
Add more if mixture is dry
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp stevia/granulated sweetener
Directions
1. Mix together all of the above ingredients in a microwaveable mug. 2. Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. 3. Top with yoghurt & eat straight from the mug or dollop out onto a plate first!
