2 cups PPB (240g) 1/2 cup sweetener 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp baking powder 2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 cup coconut oil (125g) 2 eggs 1 cup (250ml) milk
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C. 2. Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix. 3. Combine liquid ingredients in a separate bowl and add to dry. 4. Pour into loaf tin and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
