French Toast with a PPB Sauce

French toast with a twist, enjoy this great PPB sauce.

Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free bread.

Ingredients

PPB syrup: 1 tbsp PPB mixed with 1-2 tbsp almond milk 2 slices granary bread 1 whole egg 2 egg whites 1/4 cup (60ml) almond milk 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Whisk together the egg, egg whites, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a wide shallow bowl. 2. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture. 3. Add 1-2 tsp of oil to your frying pan and and fry on low heat until brown on both sides, flipping as necessary. 4. Top with the PPB sauce and sliced banana!
