Your favourite protein bar with a twist...
1 Protein bar
2 tbsp PPB mixed with 1 tbsp milk/water
Cinnamon, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
2. Grease a plate with oil & heat your protein bar in microwave for 8-10 seconds until easy to mould.
3. Press your protein bar into a circle and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
4. Top with the PPB & sprinkle with cinnamon
5. Bake for 5 minutes minutes and serve as it is or with yoghurt!
