If you wanted a pudding that was healthy and full of fibre then now you have got one.
125ml (1/2 cup) almond milk - unsweetened
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sweetener e.g. stevia
1 tbsp PPB
1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes until the pudding has thickened.
3. Give it a stir before transferring to a glass jar and serving.
