PPB French Toast

French toast with a nutty twist...yum yum...
Note: This recipe is only gluten free if you use gluten free bread.
2 egg whites 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 1 tbsp stevia 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp PPB 2 pieces of bread.
1. Use a fork to mix together the egg, milk, stevia, vanilla, cinnamon and PPB. 2. Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl/plate with a rim and dip in your bread (x 2, one at a time) until both sides are coated. 3. Spray a pan with cooking oil and fry on a medium heat for a few minutes on each side until cooked. 4. Serve with an optional PPB sauce (simply mix PPB with milk or water until it reaches your desired consistency).
