Ingredients
Banana & Chocolate PPB Shake: 250ml hazelnut milk 1 small frozen banana 3 dates 1/4 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp chocolate PPB Ice PPB Green Monster: 1 ripe banana Handful of spinach Handful of blueberries 200ml almond milk 2 tbsp stevia blend PPB Protein PPB Shake: 1 scoop of vanilla or banana protein powder 2 tbsp original PPB 1 banana 200ml almond milk 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds Ice
Directions
1.For all recipes simply add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth! 2. Tip: frozen fruit/ice makes a thicker smoothie!
