These delicious cookies are a must to taste and makes the best morning delicacy.
Note: Only Gluten free if using Gluten Free blended oats.
3 tbsp oat flour (blended oats)
2 tbsp PPB mixed with 1 tbsp water/milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp apple puree (no added sugar e.g. from the baby food aisle)
1 tsp honey
1-2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or raisins
1. Mix all of the ingredients together until a dough like consistency is formed
2. Roll into two balls & pat down with the back of a spoon
3. Bake at 175 degrees C for 5-10 minutes
