Pancakes aren't just for once a year.. they should be enjoyed every week!!
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg beaten
1 mashed small banana
4 tbsp PPB mixed with 2 tbsp water
1. Mix together the PPB mix and banana before adding the flour, baking powder, egg and milk.
2. Pour a small amount of the mixture into a preheated pan and cook until you see bubbles and the edges begin to cook before flipping and cooking on the other side. Repeat this step until all of the mixture has been used up.
3. Serve with your favourite toppings!
