Note: Use Gluten Free Oats for this recipe to be Gluten Free.
1 cup quick oats e.g. Ready Break
4 tbsp PPB
1 tsp vanilla
1 medium banana (ripe)
2-3 tsp stevia/granulated sweetener
1. Add all of the ingredients in to a mixing bowl.
2. Mix well until all of the ingredients are combined and you are left with what looks like a biscuit dough consistency
3. Spoon out a heaped tbsp of the mixture, shape into balls or small cookie shakes and wrap in grease proof paper. Keep them in the fridge or freezer!
