These protein balls are the ultimate sweet (and guilt-free treat) to keep in your fridge!
Note: Gluten Free if protein powder and chocolate is gluten free.
Makes: 12-14 balls
14 tbsp PPB mixed with 100ml water (to make 2/3 cup low fat peanut butter)
1/4 cup (30g) protein powder
1/4 cup (30g) milled flax seed
1 tbsp agave nectar/honey
Optional: handful of chocolate chips, desiccated coconut - for rolling!
1. Mix together the protein powder, milled flax seed and peanut butter before adding the honey
2. Use your hands to clump together the mixture together into a big ball (& add in your optional chocolate chips) before breaking bits off and rolling into smaller balls.
3. Roll some of the balls in desiccated coconut (optional) and place onto a place covered with greaseproof paper.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins before serving, the balls can be frozen too!
