PPB Protein Pancakes

Peanut pancakes, perfect start to the day...

Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free oats.

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125ml)oats 
2 eggs - beaten 
1/2 cup cottage cheese 
1-2 tbsp PPB 
1 tsp vanilla 
1 tsp cinnamon   

 

Directions

1. Blend together all of the ingredients. 
2. Heat a non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray or a tsp of coconut oil and pour 1/4 of the mix in. 
3. Heat for 2-3 minutes before flipping and cooking on the other side. 
4. Repeat with the remaining mixture and serve!
