These pancakes are perfect any day of the week either for breakfast or dessert and they taste amazing!
Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free Oats.
1/2 cup (40g) oats
1/2 cup (50g) PPB
1/4 cup (50g) apple puree (or mashed banana)
1 tbsp (20g) fat-free Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup (65ml) milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1. Whisk/blend the above ingredients.
2. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and pour the mixture in.
3. When the mixture starts to bubble, flip and continue cooking on the other side.
4. Repeat until all of the mixture has gone and enjoy!
