No muffin or cake is complete without a frosting and nothing beats a PPB frosting!
Serves: 5 muffins
1/4 cup (45g) fat-free Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp PPB
1/4 tsp vanilla
1-2 tsp granulated sweetener e.g. stevia
1. Add the above ingredients into a bowl and mix with a fork.
2. Spoon over your muffins or cake and enjoy!
