These no bake cookies are delicious, and perfect with a cup of hot chocolate!
Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free Oats..
8 tbsp PPB
1 cup (250g) xylitol
¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup (65ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup (125ml) skimmed milk
¼ cup light butter/margarine
3 cups (270g) oats
1. In a pan, mix and heat the PPB, xylitol, cocoa, vegetable oil, vanilla, skimmed milk and light butter over medium heat. Stir continuously, until completely melted.
2. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the oats and mix well.
3. Using a teaspoon, drop the mixture onto grease-proof paper on a plate and allow it to cool.
4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before enjoying!
