Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free oats.
1 medium banana - mashed
1 egg white
1 tbsp oats
2 tbsp PPB
1. Mix the mashed banana, egg white, oats, and PPB until combined.
2. Pour the mixture a little at a time in a non-stick pan sprayed with cooking oil and cook on each side until lightly browned.
3. Serve with honey and sliced peaches
