Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free Oats.
1/2 cup (125ml) oats
1/2 cup (125ml) PPB
1/4 cup apple sauce (100% fruit puree is available from the baby food aisle)
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup milk (more if needed)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp stevia/honey
1. Blend/whisk all of the ingredients together.
2. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into a non-stick pan sprayed with 1 calorie spray oil or coconut oil.
3. Heat your pancake for a few minutes over a medium heat before flipping and cooking on the other side.
4. Serve with maple syrup and fruit!
