Delicious over night oats that will give you a great start to the day...
Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free oats.
1/2 cup oats (125ml)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk - more if mixture seems too ‘dry’
2 tbsp PPB
1 tsp stevia/granulated sweetener to sweeten to taste
1. The night before, mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover with a plate or cellophane and chill in fridge over night.
3. Enjoy topped with chopped banana and cinnamon (or anything else)!
