1.25 cups chickpeas
2 tsp vanilla
1.3 cups PPB plus 165ml water/milk
1/4 cup honey/maple syrup (80g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips (90g)
1. Pre-heat oven to 175 C.
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor except the chocolate chips (stir in after blending).
3. Using wet hands roll into little balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press down slightly.
4. Bake for 10 minutes and store in the fridge.
