This dessert tastes amazing.. and you’d never guess it was healthy too!
Large handful of walnuts
1 tsp honey
Few large spoons of fat free Greek yoghurt
3-4 tbsp PPB
1. Add the walnuts and dates into a food processor, along with the honey and blend.
2. Scoop out the sticky mixture and press it into a small ramekin - line the bottom and sides leaving the middle free.
3. Mix together the Greek yoghurt & PPB to make a creamy dip & spoon it inside your date and walnut lined ramekin
4. Top with your favourite fruit (optional) e.g. blueberries/cherries
5. Freeze for 20 minutes
