These pops taste amazing and are super simple to make. They are the perfect sweet dessert or snack and count towards one of your 5 a day too!
Bananas, peeled, halved & frozen (store in a food bag in your freezer)
3 tbsp PPB (more for a thicker consistency)
2 tbsp milk/water
Optional: Desiccated coconut
1. Remove a banana half from the freezer and wrap the bottom half of it in foil, set to one side to thaw slightly.
2. Mix together your PPB and milk/water, adding more or less flour/liquid depending on how thick you want the mixture to be.
3. Stir in your coconut flakes (optional)
4. Spoon some PPB mix onto your banana top, eat and repeat.. does it get any better?!
