An easy and quick way to satisfy your chocolate craving.
1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp chocolate PPB
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 large egg white
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener (optional)
50g apple puree or 1/2 mashed ripe banana
1. Mix together the dry ingredients before adding the wet and mixing well.
2. Pour the mixture into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 1.5-2 minutes.
3. Dollop on a spoon of yoghurt (optional) & enjoy or tip out onto a plate and decorate as you wish - NB if you spray the bowl with cooking spray before baking it will slide out easier.
