Move over cold smoothies, hot smoothies are so in this season!!
1 cup almond milk (250ml)
1 tsp milled flaxseed
1 tsp cocoa
1 tbsp PPB
1 tsp sweetener
1/4 cup cherries (you can use thawed frozen ones.. about 10!)
1. Warm the milk in a pan with the tea bag and milled flaxseed
2. Remove the tea bag and add the milk to the blender along with the cocoa, cherries, PPB and sweetener.
3. Serve warm in a heat proof glass!
