A tasty healthy way to enjoy banana.
1 extra ripe banana (mashed)
1 tbsp honey/stevia (sweetener)
1/2 tsp oil (plus more for greasing)
1 tbsp PPB mixed with 1 tbsp milk/water to serve
1. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees C and grease 2 ramekins with a touch of oil.
2. Whisk together the banana, sweetener, egg and oil before pouring into the ramekins.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the mixture ‘puffs’ up into a small dome.
4. Drizzle with the PPB sauce and serve!
