French Toast with PPB, now we are talking!
2 slices Protein Bread
4 egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia
5g PPB chocolate powder
3g cacao powder
20ml almond milk
1. Combine egg whites, cinnamon and stevia.
2. Dip bread into mixture on both sides.
3. Melt ½ tsp coconut oil in pan and cook French toast till golden on each side.
4. Alongside get a non-stick pan and add PPB, Cacoa and almond milk. Warm on a low heat until thickened.
5. Add toast to a plate and pour cacao goodness over! If you like add an extra sprinkle of PPB or some crunchy granola!
