These delicious oats taste delicious and are perfect for busy mornings!
Note:Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free Oats.
1/2 cup (40g) oats
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/2 cup (125g) plain yoghurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp PPB
1 tsp stevia .. plus toppings of banana, frozen berries & cinnamon!
1. The night before mix together the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds PPB and stevia (or sweetener or you choice) in a bowl.
2. Cover the mixture to make an air tight seal (you could use cling-film or foil or you could simply place a plate over your bowl) & refrigerate overnight.
3. In the morning, add your chosen toppings, such as chopped banana and cinnamon and enjoy!
