These delicious cookies are perfect for dessert and snack time!
Note: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free oats.
1 cup (90g) oats
4 tbsp PPB
2 large bananas (mashed) or 200g fruit puree
Optional: A handful or dark chocolate chips or raisins (and extra milk/water if needed).
1. Mix together the oats, PPB and bananas/fruit puree (plus optional ingredients).
2. Add 1-2 tbsp milk/water if the mixture seems dry before spooning into cookie shapes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm in an oven pre-heated to 175 degrees C.
