Tasty PPB bites for all the family to nibble away at...
Makes approximately 20 bites
NOTE: Only Gluten Free if using Gluten Free Oats
40g Original/Stevia PPB (+ extra for topping)
160g Rolled Oats
400g Condensed Milk (1 can)
1 tsp vanilla
60g Chopped Mixed Nuts (+ extra for topping)
1. Warm the condensed milk either on the hob or in a microwave until it bubbles and then remove from the heat and stir in the PPB, oats and chopped nuts until combined. Add the vanilla and mix again.
2. Press the mixture into a baking pan greased with spray oil. Sprinkle on the extra chopped nuts before popping in the fridge to chill
3. Mix together a little extra PPB with some water or milk until a syrup consistency is achieved and drizzle it over the mixture in the fridge before putting back in the fridge to firm up.
4. Once firm (after 1-2 hours) chop into small squares and either enjoy or store in the fridge for later!
